Definition
- A school health coordinator is a school district employee who provides school leadership across the district and community in the implementation and coordination of school health programs, policies, and services. The American Cancer Society defines a school health coordinator as a trained professional in school health who helps the school district improve the programs and policies that can affect the health of its students and faculty.
