  • The Climate Change Knowledge Network (CCKN) was an environmental nongovernmental organization formed in 1998 to foster knowledge connections, develop research links, and share expertise between industrialized and industrializing countries on issues related to climate change awareness, monitoring, and response. The overarching aim was to make climate change–related research globally accessible and use this integrated knowledge in the negotiation and implementation of international climate policy.
