  • Herbert Edelhertz (1922–99) was a criminologist, lawyer, and scientist, best known for his significant contribution to the definition, conceptualization, and scholarship of white-collar crime. Edelhertz authored and co-authored numerous articles, books, and reports about organized crime business activities, corporate fraud, and the prosecution of white-collar crimes.
