Definition
- Science education is concerned with the discipline of science, as well as with how science is taught and how it is learned, and includes the aims, the policies, programs, and practices that support teachers in their efforts to teach and students as they endeavor to learn science. Since the 1990s, science education is often called science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education or STEM education.
