Definition
- Resistance to change consists of those organizational activities and attitudes that aim to thwart, undermine, and impede change initiatives. Organizational change strategies can be resisted in a variety of ways, ranging from collective refusal, wildcat strikes, and exit to more subtle variants like foot-dragging, ambivalence, and cynicism.
