  • Mohammed Saddiq Odeh was one of the first two people convicted of a direct role in the August 7, 1998, terrorist bombing of the United States embassy in Nairobi, Kenya. On May 29, 2001, a federal jury in New York found him guilty of participating in the attack and of murdering the 213 people, including 12 Americans, killed as a result of the explosion.
