Definition
- Theorists are traditionally most interested in the formation of an individual's political ideology and the forces that influence voter behavior. This branch of political science, which studies what influences individual or institutional political behavior, is interdisciplinary, borrowing heavily from the fields of economics, psychology, and sociology.
